I know what it's like to feel lost, emotionally overwhelmed, and wanting more but not knowing how to move into that. Connecting with my soul and other human beings that could hold me through that process has helped me transform beyond words.

These sessions are not coaching in the traditional or practical sense- they're a synthesis of my experience as a life coach, breath work facilitator, feminine belly dance teacher, energy healer, oracle channel, and a woman who has walked the path of spirituality- healing, awakening, and embodiment. I draw from multiple teachings, methods and tools including: feminine psychology, women's embodiment work, emotional alchemy, archetypal wisdom, and intuitive attunement.

All of which are transformational modalities to reflect your innate essence and beauty back to you.

The foundation of my work is anchored in the belief that at our core, we are inherently good, pure, and connected to the source of all creation. With this, we all have access to the healing principle of our consciousness. Once we bypass our ego-thinking, logical mind, our soul can speak clear messages with the guidance we truly need to hear.

Everything is energy. We all vibrate at frequencies. When limiting beliefs, emotional upheaval, stressful events in life come up it can throw your own nervous system patterns off balance. So in these sessions, we’ll be restoring their natural rhythm.

(If you are open for energy work) we’ll connect into this pure state of consciousness with intention, visualization, and breath to weave more harmony through your being.

In the session, we will discuss what your goals are in our time together and move forward in whichever ways you feel comfortable. I may provide a combination of insight, an oracle reading, energy work, and helpful tools or choose one to focus on. Together we’ll decide what’s best for you!

You will leave this session with:
