Online Women's Circle Belly Dance + Intuitive Movement Class to get out of your head, anchor presence into your body, and enliven your authentic essence.
This GODDESSENCE class is designed to encourage women to inhabit their fullness, creativity, and joy so they can show up confidently in who they are..
When you focus your awareness inward and play with your expression, you learn how to live embodied, no matter the phase – Activating your feminine power – you’ll feel more free and attuned to your true potential. From this place, you can notice daily thoughts, emotions, and circumstances with a perspective that supports you in responding from truth instead of getting taken over by pressures and limitations. That is how you awaken and embrace the Goddess within.
Guiding connection within and out in a circle with other women ~ This is a live class held via zoom. (Though classes are best experienced in real-time with community, replays are available so you can still join if you're unable to attend.)

This is what our hour together will look like:
Introduction to the class theme
Body awareness/ opening warmups
Belly dance, Guided somatic and intuitive movement, emotional expression
Meditation, integration, and nervous system restoration
Optional sharing circle and women’s connection
In this class, we’re focusing on connecting lovingly with your body, clearing emotional energy and limiting beliefs holding you back, embracing your feminine flow, and grounding back into yourself to feel safe in who you are and express yourself without shame.
It's all about getting into your body, shaking off insecurities or anything that feels limiting, giving yourself some TLC, having fun, lifting your spirit, building confidence, and daring to bite into the pleasure of all that you are.
Whether you know you’re a Goddess and just want to express it or you haven’t been feeling her energy lately, this is a space to enliven yourself and embody that Goddess essence.
Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable (and sexy if you want). Usually I opt for workout fits or a basic top and a flowy skirt. If you're joining a belly dance class, you can wear a scarf or shimmy belt if you want to add an extra oomph to your practice!
Make sure you have a clear space you can move around in.
This is "you time" so try to carve out an hour of undisturbed time.
Be mindful, open-minded, non-judgemental, respectful, and compassionate. We are coming together in this space so let's be sure to consider others. We all want to connect with one another and be met in loving awareness.
Bring a water, we will be moving consistently so you can work up a sweat!
We'll be meeting via Zoom. You can join from your phone but it does help to have a bigger screen so a laptop or ipad is best.
Please arrive on time. When the session starts, there will be no late entry.
